Dead S9 hashing board.

Well, it's my turn to have a dead board on a S9. Batch 10 running for 3 weeks, center board shows OXXXX.

I wrote to BitmainWarranty since its closer to my location. Is it better to send it to Bitmain in China? I'm from Canada.
