Op, my initial thoughts - you have created PayPal account with fake female ID of some sort and then you have no way to contacting the support.
But you know that anyone who will agree to help you with this 'paypal limitation' thing, is committing a fraud?
Also PayPal is monitoring and recording all communication either written or spoken be aware of that; in worse case scenario your helper will be linked to your potentially illegal activities.

well its illegal to show someone details.you can do this yourself just download a mobile software that software convert your male voice to female voice.

I am pretty sure OP registered his Paypal account using a Female as the gender, somehow the account got frozen and now he's going to need a female to do the voice

Or worse, OP got a hacked Paypal account and now it's frozen for suspicious activity which in this case it is illegal to help him with a female voice

He most likely wants someone to impersonate a registered Paypal account owner, as a lot of the threads in this subsection want you to commit a felony or two for some satoshis, but it could also be that he is really thirsty and reaaally wants to hear a foreign female voice, in which case I recommend OP use Microsoft Anna (Windows 7, 8+ narrator voice) to communicate. You could also use MorphVOX Pro for Windows.

Hopefully I won't be raided for assisting you in case you're committing any crimes here.
