Setting up 7970 for Eth mining

I managed to pickup a cheap sapphire 7970 oc with boost card http://www.sapphiretech.com/productdetial.asp?pid=F8725148-BF0B-4F6C-B98C-28BB9846F348&lang=eng can anyone advise on what catalyst drivers etc I will need under windows 7 and also optimum settings for the card undervolt/overclock etc. Also what mining software should I use?
