Past Ethereum cryptomining, Pascal or Polaris?

If you were to buy GTX 1060 3GB or RX 470 4GB, which one of these would have a more profitable future in your opinion?

What I read so far the Pascals should be better at other algos. Are they really more futureproof?

there is no reason to buy a 1060 over a 1070 in any case, just buy less 1070 if that is the problem, with also the possibility to expand further in the future, if you want more hash, and without buying a new rig
