any good VPS ubuntu 12.04 to recommend?
I want to run some wallet, at least 1G RAM, accept credit card or paypal ok

First, this should be moved to a different section. [moved now]

Second, why 12.04?  12.04 goes EOL next spring (iirc).

Third, if this is for bitcoin core, you'll want > 1GB of RAM.

By the way, digital ocean is reasonable, depending on what you are trying to do.
