Sapphire R9 280x vapor bios

I read recently a lot about modifying bios, but I can't find any modded bios to r9 280x, can anyone share info from where download those?

I remember I was able to undervolt core on my Sapphire 7970 Vapor-X to 981mV running 1000 MHz.
It is a good undervolter, better than my Gigabyte, XFX, MSI 280Xes and on equal with the Asus CuII.

Can you change the memory timing with the VBEEditor? If we can change the memory timing strap, it will be good for Eth mining.

I have already tried that, however figured first I need to export current bios so I used GPU-Z.

Windows 7 64bit
Open GPU-Z and exporting bios:

The file is somehow incompatible how to fix it? Or there is some other way for exporting?

Try using atiflash instead.  You can download it from Techpowerup.

Then run
atiflash -s 0 vaporxorig.rom   <- saves original ROM to that file, assuming your gpu is the first pcie device.

The you should be able to open that file in vbe, mod it and save it to a different file.

Assuming you saved the modded BIOS to  vaporxmod.rom, you can flash the card thus:

atiflash -p 0 vaporxmod.rom

You may want have to add -f to the above command if it fails.  
Then reboot the computer and you are ready to test your card.

I have tried open the file created in atiflash actually in all those programs, but neither of them works but VBE.

So I am 1 step before editing bios. One more question though, readings looks like this:

I understand I should modify #6 or #0 Right? What is difference between those positions?  Should they be exactly same?

You modify only #0 but #6 needs to be always lower in value for all the fields.

Needs to go from low to high. OR make they both the same.

I have tried exactly same procedure for gigabyte r9 380 gaming cards, however it doesn't work. I checked memory it is a Tonga. I understand I need another bios editor for those? VBE same as Polaris are giving error while opening bios. Should I write original bios differently or simply there is also another software for editing out there? Thx again for help.
