it is not opening page , access is not there , not sure may be not active, try to search on google or some more information you may get. always best is not invest more money on unknown sites  , best is to invest little and also look for legit kind of sites , some sites does not promise as expected.

this is in russian as you said. but I used google translator tool to translate.  I don't trust these type of sites honeslty. and I can't see any bitcoin accepted tag too. so no recommended from my side.

why should someone invest little money to unkown and scamming sites? scammers don't deserve a single penny and innocent people don't deserve to loose a single penny.

I think you must contact the support on their website and tell your problem on there, i can't say it is legit or scam because i don't have any proof about their service and i don't use it. I hope your problem is finish sooner.
