Is it safe to store BTC in Electrum Android Wallet. And what type of wallet I should create. And For this what information I have write down during creating a Android wallet.
And am I benefited if Bitcoin split?

Yeah using the Electrum Android Wallet should be safe enough. I personally prefer using a desktop wallet instead though. You would want to write down your seed which could be used to restore the wallet in case anything happens to your phone.
If Bitcoin were two split into multiple chains, spending the coins on separate chains would likely be a little bit more difficult on a mobile wallet.
