Do you think it'd benefit my business if I get mobile credit card machines for deliveries so my customers have more payment options. Currently, for deliveries we only accept COD. :/

Here in Canada, debit payments have surpassed cash.  I'm not sure what it's like in your country.

Are you talking about something like Square Pay as a POS?

I would say anything that gives customers more payment options is always great and some people dont like bank cards while other dont like using cash.

Is that similar to Tsys (http://tsysmerchantsolutions.com/merchant-solutions/simplified-pricing-packages/) ? it's a merchant solution that we found online they offer flat rate monthly fees.

Probably yes to buy is an option so that your customer has many option. Credit card is a mass in every business. Eventhough it is small or big business. This is a middle age which technology is now on trend. So it is better to buy. Dont worry it is for the good of your business trust me.

I think a bunch depends on what type of business you have, but yes, in general you'd be crazy not to accept cards. I know people who never touch cash any more and you're throwing away sales by shutting them out.

cash has gotta be extracted, stored, handled. with cards it's always available no matter where you are.
