Hi all.

I want to do some pooled mining.
I have 2 locations from which I can do it -
1 - from home - I can connect to anywhere.
2. - on other sites - I have a mobile connection that blocks some sites.

Fact- I can connect to home from any site, and I run SQUID proxy on a linux box there.

Question:
Is there a way to configure the proxy to be used with the miners ?
Im currently using CPU mining with ufasoft - bitcoin-miner -
is there a way to configure it to use a proxy ?

I want it to use a named proxy for example ABCD.XYZ and a proxy port like I use for web browser -
My web browser accepts the proxy to be ABCD.XYZ:6540, and passes the requests to any server:port through this proxy.

Oh, another thing is - the proxy is protected by user-password.

Hope my explanation / request is clear enough

Many Thanks
