I'm part of a skype group and have seen this user RFX https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=864211 selling Amazon SES accounts.
But my recommendation is to convert your paypal funds to bitcoin and after that dealing through escrow.

Both of you payments methods are reversible.
I suggest you to go for BTC.
Whenever a new users says that he/she can pay via these reversible payment methods then users don't find it interesting.
