I saw that this pool used to sell stocks that allowed investors to be paid with dividends based on mining pools fees profitability.

What happened to these stocks ? I can't find any info about it, it is not mentioned at all on its website, nobody talks about it...

I think it is start broke and they needs new capital for survive on their business or It is start growing up, they sell stocks and take the fast profit  by selling their stocks. But it is just my opinion.

Can you post a link that talks about the stocks? Why would they need to make stocks when they already have a 1.5% fee. It's also a mining pool, what would they need stocks for?

This pool created stocks that could distribute mining pool collected fees as dividends to stocks holders

Many ppl talks about it on the internet but I can't find any infos from these stocks since 2015..

Odds are it's ponzi or it won't be well organised.
There's also a bunch of issues with trust.
People tend to avoid those services or offers and it quickly fades away.
