Hello

I made a post about Alternate crypto translation (Urdu translation) in local board Pakistani thread, But it got deleted. As you know we [Pakistani] have only one thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=232519.0) no other section like altcoin board etc so we have only one Thread, and we can post only in this section whatever we want. Then why you people deleted my that Post? which is right place to post this type of content? If these things are not allowed then where we can post these type of things?

Also now I think we have enough number of post in this thread and nice activity too I think to make a new Sub-board for Pakistan too.

Regards

The brief answer is that posting translated coin announcements in Other languages/locations threads is off-topic and clutters the thread.
All Local boards - Discussion of various topics in the appropriate language. Posting translated coin announcements is limited to languages that have their own section (a.k.a. dedicated board with sub-boards).

If there's enough interest, a Pakistani board might be added. Best advice I can give you right now is to help create an active Pakistani community on Bitcointalk, it's a long term effort and in the end the forum might help you expand in a board of your own. However, the latest local board created was the Philippines one, before it being created their lthread had ~600 pages.

Since Urdu and Hindi are quite identical languages and both can be understood by native Hindi and Urdu speakers,I suggest urdu translation should be allowed in India section "other languages" sub forum until there's a separate local forum for Pakistan

Just because some nations have common language doesn't mean Local section dedicated to one country should be used as section for other nation also.I strongly oppose any such move to allow urdu speakers to make posts in urdu in Indian section

I did saw posts in this section too in URDU language, It doesnt mean that those guys are Pakistani. In India peoples do speak URDU, and they can post in URDU language. You can not force them to stop, its the forum rule.

-snip-

So it means i can not post Urdu translations yet?

So it means i can not post Urdu translations yet?
Correct. Do not post translated altcoin threads in the Pakistani thread. You can/should do so only if and once the language has it's own section.
