I have seen several betting against computer or site script gambling but never came across site where we can gamble against another player where wining completely depends upon our skill. Bustabit claims its 99% skill and its like player vs player betting however the result depends on their script rather than our skill, so i think they can't be considered as what i am looking for.

Have you ever seen such game or site where we can battle player to player to win pot price?

I have seen an agar.io clone that was bitcoin based... ie. you paid into a pot to play and there were prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd etc... not sure I would rank it as completely based on skill tho, there is a certain amount of luck involved in games like that.

I guess you could possibly classify poker as being PvP as well...
