I salute OP because he's looking for a good way of earning money instead of doing something illegal in the real life. But, OP seems to be putting walls. He's limiting his opportunities. There's a lot of other things that you can do outside this forum. You don't have to lock yourself in this forum. There's Google, you can search a lot of other methods to earn Bitcoins but most of them are basically "having your own business." Well, that's how you usually earn even in real life.

Are there any jobs on this forum other than being an escrow agent, in a signature campaign, manager of a signature campaign or having your own business?

If you have any other needed skills you can post your topic in the marketplace, with your portfolio if its available, and you could get some customers.
