No Recaptcha on my login screen

There is no recaptcha showing up!  I have rebooted my laptop, reset my browser, and even shut the website down 10 times!  Still no recaptha.

what are you talking about? i don't login using captcha here? and this belong to meta... or are you trying to create another account?

There is no captcha system used when you are trying to log in to your bitcointalk account. So it is not Meta thread at all. And he is already logged in - thus we can read his post.
He must have on mind some other bitcoin/crypto related service.

I have similar trouble to login at this faucet, something probably is malfunctioning and majority of users experience this problem. All we can do now is wait.

A lot of complaint in their official thread maybe waiting for some times until they're fixing the problem on their site.

Clean your browser and check your internet connection if not fast sometimes captcha will not shown only that what i know.

it has nothing to do with his browser,the site in question had troubles

users could not login to their accounts,also the owner set cloudflare in DDOS attack mode and it makes you enter recaptcha several times before you get the money
poor OP panicked because he could not get his 500 satoshi,nothing global happened to recaptcha just a local bot faucet attack (most likely)
