You cant verify it on dicesites because they dont have a verifier for fortunejack the only way you could check them is by clicking the bet id on your My Bet tab then click the verify button. You could also check more information here :

For me, the only thing that they should do to ensure to you that they are probably fair is for them to provide details about their script. like some crowdfunding sites which is very transparent to its user.
