I've been involved in bitcoin for a significant period of time, mostly exchanging and stockpiling BTC, and I've found myself with a sizable windfall (I still have coins purchased when they were $4). Before declaring income, I want to find a lawyer to advise on legal issues related to BTC transacting (FinCen, AML etc...).

I'd like to find a a lawyer or firm I can consult with, that has a proven track record of understanding and helping businesses with money exchanging, AML compliance, new technologies, or really anything related to BTC related income or BTC business.

Can anyone either recommend a law firm, and why their experience is relevant or provide guidance on how I should research and choose an optimal firm?
