Withdrawing from mtgox

Hello friends

I have never used mtgox myself, the only information I have is reading about it.
What I'm wondering is, is it possible to withdraw money in some form if I live in Israel.

The only option I see on the site is withdrawing bitcoins (to a wallet I suppose?), I don't see a bank transfer option for Israel on mtgox or bitcoin7 for withdrawing, but there IS one for adding funds, which just confuses me. 

Anyone share some pro insight on this?
