oh, if you try your best to search, than you will find answer. There was thread about this subject as I remeber.

This forum's member dexX7 was working on that. You may use http://redeem.bitwatch.co/ and remove the dust value limitations via the settings tab to catch non-dust transactions. I searched and found theme about that subject what you want. I hope it will help you and I'll give you link of that post. Also scroll down and you will see more informations such as API and etc.

That's for UTXOs of an address, not all addresses in UTXO. I think there's no tool that can do it (at this time).

because some site list the top 100 value addresses , that's so cool, isn't it ?
