I think IOT+black chain technology is the future of the industry,But I couldn't find the right project after search.

I think you should check into NEM.  It is being built to scale to the IOT.  Over 1000 tx/s and a three-tier architecture on the latest Catapult testnet. All with rich features, APIs, and lots of security.
