it is just a burned connection, if you can reconnect you are good to go
if you know how to solder, desolder and remove burned pins and solder wires to the board...this wires will connect to your psu 12v, just cut the burned wire and reconnect there

The PSU and Mobo might still work, just replace the cables and clean the burnt, however, investigate the culprit, often times this might recur again.

Find out WHY it happened before you do ANYTHING in an attempt to repair this. If you don't that's a fire hazard waiting to happen and you might get UNLUCKY the second time around.

Your GPUs pulled way too much juice from the motherboard.
This is why we use powered USB risers, those feed the cards directly from the PSU and not from the motherboard.

You need to replace that ATX 24 pin connector on both the PSU and Motherboard. You cant reuse the motherboard in this condition, the burnt male pins won't conduct as well as they should.
If you really can't afford a new motherboard then just solder a +12V line to the bottom of the motherboard opposite of where its burnt. Its garbage anyways.
With the PSU you need to cut the lengths of all the wires and re-crimp, basically tons of work. Better to just use this PSU in the future for an Antminer since it doesn't require the 24ATX plug.

Take it from someone who is owning and working with rig that had same exact problem - you will be fine. Just clean the pin connection on MBO and replace the 24pin connector on your PSU and you're good to go (chance of PSU dying after what happened are weak, if the PSU is of any quality.)
That burned +12v pin happened either as a result of weak connection, or you had multiple GPU's without powered risers, so the +12v was all drained directly via MBO. In the future be careful with those situations, they can be a real firestarters.

Check if it's warm to the touch (the plastic). If the connection is weak due to the burn it will be warm/hot in which case it's not fine. But with some basic cleaning and soldering you could repair that.

Burnt conductors get damaged easily, and become more of a liability than an asset as time progresses. If the color has changed, your best bet is to start planning for a new replacement.
