Wrong section, even though your reason is for withdrawing on gambling site but a loan should be on lending section. No one will give you a loan without collateral, especially because you are a newbie.

There is no way to give you loan here without good collateral. if you want to borrow find any good collateral like high rank account or altcoin that you can offer in lending section..

No one here is giving you anything without valid collateral.  Valid collateral is something that can be resold quickly for 120% or more of the value of the loan!
