Income is 6BTC/week, the valuation is 312BTC (I don't even bother to include difficulty adjustment). This is a standard industry valuation practice - 1x yearly revenue.

So the valuation is 0.05 per share

I should probably mention you did not account for the underlying assets in that valuation.
