I have the money, just not now.
I'm willing to pay high because the project pays me very well and I know that returns of 10% are possible in BTCLAND just trading the spreads and buying some bonds, I try to make my listing competitive.

As for BTCjam, I don't really understand the platform yet, I selected from drop down menus and made simple entries and that loan is what it spit out. 9 payments I think :/
Some people asked for the option so I tried to provide it.
