I'm setting up a GPU miner with multiple Nvidia 1070s.

I installed the 2nd card and ran the opencl miner, but now I'm getting 100% cpu usage.

Wondering if it is safe to put the 3rd one in?

The CPU is a celeron G1820. I think 2 cores.

I thought CPUs had very little effect on GPU mining.

Can anyone shed some light on this? Thank you!  Smiley

Edit: Also I get the message: "Share doesn't validate on CPU for GPU01 (my 2nd card).

What are you mining that you need an opencl miner for nvidia? OpenCL is generally for AMD and CUDA is for Nvidia.

Use ccminer.

Not your keys, not your coins!
