mineXMR and hashes submitted

first run on mineXMR.com and was wondering is it right to receive 0.004861988479 xmr for 4,202,849 submitted hashes?

and is that normal after running it for 5 hours with a 800 h/s rate?

ok .... now i'm at 79,581,425 shares and for the last 4 hours (4 hours ago it was  69,540,555 shares ... thats abount 9 million new shares) and pending balance is stuck at 0.164155730813 xmr?

is that normal?!
