CEX.io Bad Withdrawal

Hi,

anyone else having issues with BTC withdrawal from CEX.io?

Support of CEX.io says to just wait (at least they are quick with reply to support question).

I think that the fee could have been a little bit higher.
However, I think it will come through, just it needs more patience.
I've done something similar not long ago and it took an entire night to get the first confirmations....

Neurotic Fish is right. Exchanges sometimes pay with very fast confirmations and some times with very slow confirmations. I have a personal experience in such happenings from the exchange I use Yobit. Sometimes they send me the money lightning fast and confirmation is really fast and some other times when I check the transaction in the blockchain it says the fee is less than the recommended fee.

Just be patient , nothing else you can do.

Well what scared me little is the little exclamation mark near the Estimated Confirmation Time on blockchain.info. When you hover over it it says Warning Transaction have none standard input.

It is not the issue from that exchange but it is the time taken by the miners for confirmation and those transactions are confirmed sooner which have high fees while with lowest fees you will need to wait for sometime.

Hi i do understand that concept it is just that the fee seemed high enough. Reason seemed to be big backlog of transactions on network http://statoshi.info/dashboard/db/transactions reason for this spike is unknown to me (DDOS?).

Anyway transaction cleared overnight.
