Hi I encyrpted my wallet. I used copy and paste to insert the pphrase now it is saying it does not match yet I know I was extremly careful.So I uninstalled bitcoin and reinstalled it only to find I have the same wallet thus fault. How could this happen so easily and how can I start again as I realiase that I can not save my coins without the pphase.

Stop Bitcoin-qt in case it's running.
Go to the datadir and rename the file named wallet.dat to wallet.dat.old
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Data_directory
Start Bitcoin-qt again and you have a new unencrypted wallet

Maybe there was an empty position after the the password.
Did you try typing your password and hit the space bar before you press enter?

"XYZ123 " is different from "XYZ123".
