First of all I would like to share the price estimation for my account that I would like to use as collateral (estimated to 0.01764 BTC)

Sorry mate but the estimate you got there is far too high than what your account truly worth here in the forum. I doubt you can get even 0.002 btc for a jr. member account. If you have another valid collateral you may get someone interested in lending you.

So, I can't count on the price estimator? I didn't know, I thought this is reliable information.

And one more question I have. Does the fact that I'm enrolled in signature campaign maybe rises the value of my account or this is not important when asking a loan?

     -Your account level is Full Member + (and enrolled in high paying signature campaigns).Unfortunately,no high paying sig campaigns for your rank.
     -You're currently enrolled in one of the lowest paying sig campaign,makes your account worthless.
     -As jacee said,the account value information generated by achow's website is not considered while trading accounts        here.

Those is just a estimator about the value of your account, if you were a full member i do believe you could get those ammount of loan, but with your current rank you cant ask such value, maybe you able to get 0,004btc, but thats to the lender to accept it or not.

Thank you all for your comments and suggestions. Maybe I would ask for smaller loan more apropriate to my rank and the repayment would also be good for my trust so in the future I could ask for bigger one.
