SCAM Woultries Cards SCAM

[RFX]

After being delivered a test VCC from Woultries, I went ahead and ordered a new package of 10. Discount negotiated as to $3 per VCC, payment sent was $30.

I never received those and no answers to my repeated emails.

BEST AVOIDED.
