From what i have been reading, a rough calculation seems that the new 40terraflops would be able to hit 1GHZ per card. That would indeed be interesting time for miners but then again .. we are heading for POS soon so it wont effect much.

The Etheruem miming will finsh within a year. But we will have the ZCash mining in the next few days.

6 months away is not around the corner. Plus that GPU will be $600-$700 USD

1GH per card? Fury X is about 8.6Tflops and only produces 30Mh, which is less than a modded RX 480. Don't expect ANYWHERE near that.

I think you missed a decimal place.  A card with 1024GB/s of memory bandwidth would have a theoretical limit of 128Mh/s since ethash requires 8MB of random memory reads.  In practical terms, that would mean an actual hashrate of ~100Mh/s.

What card are you talking about? I get it´s not available but can I get a link??

Fury with or without X is not ideal in the Ethereum mining. It has slow random memory access although the bandwidth is high.
