It feels better when you receive bitcoins but sending does make you feel a sense of achievement.
When purchasing something and using bitcoin as payment it does feel good, even better if your other half is there and can see you using it and can see that you have not been talking rubbish for the last few years and bitcoin does have a real world use.

for me, sending bitcoins is not feel good, i'd rather to receive bitcoin that can makes me feel good. because i don't have to do anything, i am just receiving in my wallet. its feel not good for me to sending although i should send bitcoin for buying something.

It does, actually I always think when i send BTC that it's quite more faster to send a single coin with an offline wallet than waiting while my paypal account page will load via Tor.
