You could try to do this but it would be really a waste of your time and money. The Litecoin hashing algorithm (scrypt) has been mostly taken over by ASIC miners and so the return you get from GPU mining is tiny, compared to the high cost of the electricity you need to use to do it. Maybe if you had free electricity and 40+ GPUs it might be worth it. If that is the case I guess you could use Pimp (
getpimp.org) but it isn't Windows it's a custom linux install. Try searching for a scrypt algorithm GPU miner. Honestly, no one has mined litecoin with GPUs since about 2014 I think.
