I'm looking to work on a new project and I was wondering if, as trader/miner or anything related to bitcoin and altcoin, you had any idea of tool, service that could help you.

Yeah, just 3 things for starters 

1) Fully integrated exchange within the wallet.
2) Direct debit card access to the currency wallet, in other words no third party processing.
3) a stable currency, so that the value of the currency is the same today and tomorrow and next week.
