Its really confusing why CEX.IO UK and OKCoin Chinese exchange have so higher price for Bitcoin difference is huge, just now i checked

1BTC price checked via https://coinia.io/

$13924.82 Coinbase/GDAX
$13900.00 Bittrex

$15247.12 CEX.IO
$15734.82 OKCoin

Why is that? Difference is almost $1800.

So is it a good idea to buy bitcoin from lowest exchange and sell it on CEX.IO or OKCoin?
