I can beat WU here, 2% fee is enough for me to send money from U.S to China. And BTW, their only advantage is the patronage of the government, which is what prevents bitcoin from becoming a useful money-transferring tool, other than that they offer a service that should mostly cost nothing.
And yeah, I found it funny that Proudhon, the greatest hater of Bitcoin market liquidity, is complaining about the cost of transferring money using bitcoin.
