Transactions not scanning?

So after 2 and a half days, and after I've purchased some bitcoins with my armory wallet, Bitcoin core QT has finally downloaded everything. When I start armory, it builds the database, and the blue bar seems full, and no time left next to it. But "Scan Transaction History" never starts, and I assume my purchase is still in limbo because of this.

The last log entry is Organizing chain, perhaps this takes a lot longer than I've been giving it? Let it run for 30 minutes earlier

Also the clicking the "Transactions" button appears to not be working.Running on Mac Sierra

Any help on what to do next is appreciated. I did try Help>Rebuild and Rescan, but same situation. Here are the last few log entries.
