Thats probably just a coincidence so dont worry. The 404 changed to a "cannot connect to sql server" so they have taken it down to fix it most likely and your coins will be waiting there when it is back up.

Same thing happened to me yesterday, made three transfers right before the site crashed. When it came back up, there was no record of the deposit.

They fixed it...
