I believe a bot will not change the TOS of an exchange. You need to abide with their regulations all the times regardless of you are going for manual trading or with bot.
Still I'm not sure about what you are specifically talking about. If there are any official Yobit trading bots are released and you are talking about that? Only with an official version, there could be any changes in TOS.
