This is a ponzi scheme, a type of scam. It's best to stay away.

It is very easy. Try and see for yourself. Nothing to lose. You send burstcoin, another user helps you by sending burstcoin.
There are sweepstakes also where one user wins all.
So it is simple. Where is problem?
5 burstcoin is not much for start. You can get it from faucet if you like. Try, take faucet ,send and wait as soon as there are burstcoins to cover your double you get double. 10 burstcoin. Then try again send 5 and wait. You can even use this 10 burst to tray luck in a sweepstake. It says in a minute so if there are burstcoins you get double in no waiting time. But usualy in 24 hours.

That is the problem. The only way you can afford to offer a return of 100 % per minute is to use the "investments" of newer victims to cover those of older ones. Initially this might work for a time while many victims are joining.

But eventually the number of new victims joining will either stay constant or go down and the ponzi scheme will be unable to repay "investors". It will disappear, leaving a few individuals richer than before and a large number of victims with nothing.
