greetings i am the owner of the following account

12KXRP4oUDwXZJAe1TUnJZM6cWpofEd5B1

on monday night  i tryed to send 0.01 to my PD account using multibit classic...

tx id 2b361b04b201424ba95324e676a8868d449d7f175b3b21ae75a1171877373591

for a strange reason this transaction brings
 0.01 BTC to PD wallet
 0.239704 BTC to myself

and more over usually multi hd adds a 0.0001 as tx fee.. this time tx fee was very low... needless to say that transaction never confirmed so far.

so i installed bitcoin core downloaded blockchain and waited for sync... tryed to send another cent .... setted MAXIMUM for tx fee... sent another transaction of 0.01 ... and turned out that also that it cant be confirmed and more over this one has an additional 0.012 that I DID NOT INPUT to this address : 1ACEsjX8NU5J1WdRBw9BQ6oBdrkD2tqHj4

passed more than 24 hours between first transaction.... i know i have to double spend ...tryed  twice with -zapwallettxes
the wallet loads full amount of avail coins , i try to send to another address ALL MY btcs but transaction is not even propagated to nodes... infact no mater what the tx is not recognized on ANY block explorer no matter what fee i put... even tryed to do a raw transaction and propagate with coin.bin and other block explorer using fee up to 0.02 btc... nothing transactions wont propagate giving error.

what should i do step by step possibly ?
