For the 4) point of people with good informations / tips, there are quite a few tipsters on this forum. They all have their personal tipping thread, some even sponsored. I am sure that if you send them PM with a detailed information, maybe some of them maybe interested to cooperate. The problem is I don't know any soccer tipster from USA here so far. Mainly they are from Europe.

My suggestion is to give out some picks for free first, then when people see that your picks are really good, they will buy from you.
