I am an old (e-coin) and verified user of wirexapp. My card is VISA and have used the card in past (last week) without any problems. BTC sent, then waited a bit, exchanged and withdraw. That was great. However, today I got the "exchanged failed message". Till now (14 hrs later I opened the ticket #120351) I haven't got any response. Tried to check FAQs but haven't find anything useful, like: how long does it take to have a reply, if the error is know and if the funds are safe.
So, I needed the money today and I am completely at loss. - Will I be refunded? - How long does it take? - Can I send new money till problem is resolved? - Why isn't there an automated refund mechanism? (The exchange value might change to worst by the time I get a refund).
Hope someone listens or if you had a similar experience please share.
