Nvidia cards are not well known for letting people modify their BIOS so you will have a very hard time finding one.Tech power up website has a lot of bios for a lot of cards,you can check there although I think there will not be anything for this card.

Sure, it's well known. Still, P104-100 is unlockable and multiple bioses are found at techpowerup.
P102 is similar: the amount of physical memory is double the available, which makes me believe such bios exists.

I don't think Nvidia will let anyone alter their cards by changing the physical amount of memory.I love to be wrong in this though and I would be happy to know that someone has a modified Bios like you are searching for.

It is impossible up until now unless Nvidia make some modifications to their cards and tell everybody out there that now modifying the BIOS can be done on Nvidia cards.

The fact is that until now no one has managed to do so,thus I don't think it can be done up until now without Nvidia intervention.

I don't think he has to be a legendary user with access to private mining farms to have a 10GB version of that BIOS. Techpowerup BIOS collection is full of 8GB BIOS of p104 cards, I'm sure it is not hard to find a 10GB version of p102 with google and some time.
