Purchase BTC via Wire (or Exchange Spread Issues)

Welcome All,

I am looking to purchase BTC, and would like to pay via Wire as taking cash to walmart is not practical for my volumes.

It seems we have a few choices of exchanges

btc-e - lowest price now way to wire +4% bitinstant
mtgox - no AML
bitfloor - I have wire info but no AML (yet?)
CampBX - I have AML done, but no wire - and waiting on Dwolla.

At this present time prices are

btc-e - 129.1
mtgox - 135
bitfloor - 139.8
Campbx - 129-131 last vs spread.

Why is no one arbitraging this?



Is there some unknown risks to the lower priced exchanges?
