Looking for a partner to break Chinese market of advertising

Sorry for writing in English! I'm looking for a partner who can help me and my company (CoinTraffic.io) to launch bitcoin advertising platform on Chinese language. We have a product in place, so from technical perspectives everything is ready:

- self-service system for advertisers and publishers built by own hands;
- different types of advertising, including static banners, slider banners, popunders, mobile ads, etc;
- automatic payment methods in bitcoins;

What we actually need is:

A person (or a team) who would like to lead advertising on Chinese market by using our platform. We would like to make a partnership agreement and build this project together. From our side we guarantee full technical support and looking for a partner who can work with advertisers and publishers on Chinese language. It means that partner needs to:

- know the market, including all popular Chinese websites about bitcoins (news portals, communities, faucets, etc);
- have an understanding of how advertising systems are working and what is digital marketing itself (what mean CPM/CPC/CPA, conversion optimization, segmentations, different advertising types, etc);
- speak English and Chinese;
