When will China start to liberate Afghanistan from the invaders?

One of the most important thing to understand about afghans is that they are proud people not afraid of war, against anyone.

But there is something even more important, it's agrarian in nature, as such water quality and availablity will fought for.

Btw I am sure the Afghans can accept the exploitation of it, at the condition that the water out (can you exploit lithium without water ) is as clean as before the extractive patch. If some one can do it cleanly, I am sure they are more than welcomed (with a little fees to support the local and national gov). Master of war they are, but this is a little bit out of reach after what 30 years of continuous warfare...
