I can not find the walled.dat file

Im using MAC. I know bitcoin-qt (i am using v0.8.0) is normally saving the walled.dat file in MAC HD>USERS>USER>LIBRARY>APPLICATION SUPPORT>BITCOIN but I can not find the BITCOIN foder there.

Are you saying that location doesn't exist, or that the location exists but the wallet.dat file isn't there?

You are supposed to replace "USER" with your actual user name ...... "USER" isn't part of the path you type in.

To find it using Finder:

1) Open Finder
2) Select Go -> Go To Folder from the menu
3) Paste in: /users/
4) You should now be able to click through into your USERNAME folder -> LIBRARY -> APPLICATION SUPPORT -> BITCOIN
