I paid for $50 worth of BTC two days ago, it cleared through ZipZap, and haven't heard anything from them since. It sounds like some other people are having their issues resolved, but it seems to me they are favoring people who purchased larger amounts when resolving issues. I would avoid using them, especially if you want your coins in a timely manner!

Why would we favor anyone? That makes no sense.

I dont see any tickets or emails from you, please post your info here.

Thanks

So basically Bitinstant has been down all day. Try entering anything on the front page and it just takes you back to... the front page. How about an error message? Or maybe even a small note saying we're sorry.. but we're down.

Anything would be better than nothing. This is just extremely poor customer service. I'm not even talking about the fact that you guys are down but zero communication just shows how dysfunctional this is.

We're not down. Are you entering the correct data?

Yes, I am. One correction though: It does not work for amounts lower than $20. Try it right now: any bitcoin address and amounts lower than 20, any valid data and it sends you back to the main page. How was that again regarding not giving preference to larger amounts?
